Office Policies

Appointments and Scheduling New Patients Welcome. All appointments are scheduled in advance with Dr. Lahiri by calling the office at 281-419-1123. You can also email the office with any questions at salahiri@lahiri.net.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

Health Insurance Plans

Our office participates in many insurance plans which cover certain reconstructive plastic surgery procedures. Covered procedures will vary with each individual insurance company and plan. Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-payments, and remaining balances.
